ESIS Partnership Associate
Portfolio Management (25%)
Understands and actively pursues financial goals for assigned portfolio.
Revenue Retention- Maintains a renewal retention rate of 95% on book of business. Completes renewal analysis at least 90 days prior to renewal to determine appropriate retention strategy; Initiates proactive communication with management and ESIS Finance on strategy; Follows corporate financial guidelines and authority requirements.
Rate- Achieve overall average rate increase of 3.0% on renewal book. Target increase of 5% on accounts with margins less than 15% that are not in multi-year agreements or part of a pre-established pricing arrangement.
Expansion- Active pursuit of expansion on book of business;
Expense Management- Exhibits financial prudence; Responsible use of expense budgets; Timely and accurate expense reports within corporate guidelines
Client Relationships & Program Deliverables (30%):
Demonstrates sound technical knowledge while meeting the needs of Internal and External Customer.
- Developing skill set related to QPAT and data analytics.

Tactical Ownership and Support- Assist in the development of key deliverables to client:
- service plan
- data analysis
- claim file reviews
- renewal activities
- presentation development
- loss run management
- meeting coordination
- Communication- Serves as an additional touch point or back up to partnership leaders for clients, brokers, ESIS business units, Regional Operations, and Chubb.
Administration & Compliance (25%)
Responsible for Administrative Compliance and strict adherence to Procedures as outlined in Best Practices:
Program Administration- provides all information timely and accurately for renewal Checklist at each renewal.
Salesforce Maintenance- Ensures quality of information in Salesforce is accurate and current.
Risk Management Service Agreement- Ensure execution of ESIS Service Agreement is completed and documented.
Peer to Peer Reviews- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all self-audits and peer reviews.
Compliance- Pass all Client Services internal audits at 90% or greater.
Professional & Business Development (20%)
Displays a sound knowledge of the ESIS product suite, risk management acumen and sound professional behavior to continue to improve personal and professional skill set:
Professionalism – Acts, dress, and communicates both internally and externally in professional and respectful manner
Knowledge Depth- Understands ESIS products and services
Development- Attend all educational sessions as outlined in ESIS Achievement Academy; Successfully passing all modules. Eager to learn and seek development opportunities
Strategic Outcomes- proficient in functionality of Global RiskAdvantage to support partnership services team and deliver information to customers. Demonstrates developing skills for analytics process

Qualifications – External
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0
- 0-3 years of experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and keen to learn navigating new technologies
The pay range for the role is $47,500 to $67,500. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
