US Corporate Banking (USCB) – Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) & Lending Management Group (LMG)
The US Corporate Bank (USCB) works with multinational clients headquartered in the U.S. to support their growing business needs. SMBC’s Global Structured Finance team is one of the world’s leading project finance powerhouse. We provide debt and equity services to clients globally and have strong market positioning. We provide a variety of financing solutions for large scale infrastructure projects including conventional and renewable power plants, transmission lines, mining, oil and gas facilities, toll roads, ports, airports, bridges and hospitals across US and Canada. Our typical products are structuring of project finance, financial advisory to project developers, long / short term loan to project, large scale underwriting of the loans, bond (144A, US private placement) arrangement, Export Credit Agency financing and M&A.
