Sales Excellence Academy is a thirteen week training program for recent college graduates that leads into a full time Inside Sales Account Manager position here at Dell Technologies. This program has the curriculum to ensure that you will have the knowledge, and skill set to be successful in the role following training. You have dedicated coaches and mentors who are there with you each step of the way while having structured onboarding to make the transition from the academic world to corporate life, a seamless one. You will hear from multiple speakers who truly understand what it takes to be successful in Sales at Dell. You will learn the large portfolio of products and services that Dell offers, and the types of customers you will be working with. The role includes regular coaching and mentoring sessions from senior representatives and company leadership to ensure continuous development.
