Bridge Investment Group is seeking to hire a Full-Time Analyst role in New York for our Debt Strategies Group to start in Summer 2022. Eligible candidates would be a current senior in college with an expected graduation date of May 2022.
Bridge Debt Strategies is one of Bridge’s eight specialized investment verticals and a Top-4 real estate debt fund in North America with over $8.3 billion in assets under management backed by over 1,850 assets across the country. Bridge Debt Strategies invests in commercial real estate-backed debt opportunities, including Freddie Mac securitizations, and directly originates first mortgage and mezzanine loans. The Analyst will work on the originations team and assist with underwriting new transactions, deal sizing and evaluation, asset due diligence, and deal closings as well as have exposure to the capital markets facet of the business.
Bridge’s fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Analyst will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the program.
