What this business area supports:

The Transformation team is creating new health experiences focused on medical cost reduction, transformative consumer experiences, innovative risk products, adding value to value-based care, post-COVID needs.​ The team is also leading the enterprise vision of and requirements for a comprehensive, enterprise, local engagement model.​

What you will do:

Develop new products to lower medical costs and improve outcomes via increased member engagement, including Transform Diabetes Care and Transform Oncology Care.

Create new channels to deliver CVS products in a consumer-centric way including CVS HealthHUBs and Pharmacist Panel.​

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience.

• 1+ year of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership, experience and initiative

• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

-Excellent presentation/ communication skills

-Strong interest in digital innovation

-Impact communication skills

Education

• You should currently be pursuing an MBA

• Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2021 and August 2022

• Have a 3.0 + cumulative GPA
