Job Description & Qualifications
Marketing, Sales & Service plays an important role in Ford’s revitalization as a modern, progressive vehicle and mobility services company delivering a trusted customer experience. Candidates should have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer and be able to analyze data trends and identify trends to make recommendations to drive real-world business decisions. Field Zone Manager
As a Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:
- New vehicle wholesale and parts sales
- Sales metrics and forecasting skills
- Customer service programs
- Product training
- Merchandising & advertising support
- Financial management
- Process analysis, implementation and improvement support

Ford College Graduate Program
As part of the Ford College Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to experience:

- First assignment that is generally a Ford Zone Manager or Lincoln Brand Specialist position

Throughout the FCG program you:
- Listen to dealer needs, understand their concerns, and provide solutions
- Work independently in your daily activities and work as a team to share best practices while meeting sales and service goals

- Skills, necessary equipment and data to attain your daily and monthly sales goals
- A company car, dependent on first assignment
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in the following fields of study:
- Business Related (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, etc.)
- Communications
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Willingness to relocate now and in the future
- Willingness to travel up to four nights a week
- Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be available for full-time employment by September 2021
