Honeywell has a top tier, proven development program for Accounting and Finance Graduates. Our Future Finance Leader’s Program is a comprehensive program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real situations and work on important projects and initiatives.
Potential candidates have the opportunity to participate in three development rotations from across Honeywell’s Finance organization choosing from:
- Business Finance
- Business Analysis
- Finance Specialists (Internal Audit, Treasury, Investor Relations)
Each 18-month rotation has been carefully designed to help improve financial acumen and business knowledge and build an overall understanding of Honeywell. **Positions during the Future Finance Leaders program are available in multiple locations across the United States including Phoenix, Charlotte, Atlanta and 15+ more possible locations. Locations provided are subject to change.**
You Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting or Finance, or a Masters of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university.
- Must attain degree by December 2021.
- Due to export control restrictions, must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must complete the highest level of education no more than 12 months prior to hire date.
- Geographically mobile throughout Future Finance Leader’s Program.
- Minimum GPA 3.0. 3.5 GPA preferred.
- Involved in campus and/or volunteer activities, leadership role preferred.
- Good communication/presence.
- Takes initiative.
- Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
- Good time management / organization / ability to multi-task.
- Strong PC skills in Excel & Powerpoint. Tableau & SAP skills, preferred.
Data analytics certificate/classes, preferred.
