Under the direction of the Department Leadership, assists in the development and implementations of social media projects and employee engagement improvement activities to strengthen organization performance consistent with the vision of achieving excellence in personalized healthcare. Improvement initiatives and projects may encompass quality, patient safety, service, cost, productivity, and other areas as relevant throughout HonorHealth. Observes and participates in meetings that direct key decisions for strategic planning of operations and service line areas. Assist with departmental activities that involve data collection. Handles all information ethically, accurately and confidentially. This position presents the opportunity to learn from Operational and Service Line Leaders within HonorHealth.
- Assist in the facilitation of network improvement initiatives and department projects. Provide research and project support. Partner with key network and department managers to integrate and coordinate projects and improvement activities. Achieves measurable results and outcomes as evidenced by a transfer of process improvement knowledge, and the ability to sustain gains.
- Attend and observe strategic business planning meetings. Compiles information obtained from various sources within or outside the network to prepare reports, support project development, summarize presentations and make operational decisions.
- Coordinates and completes projects in a timely manner. Appropriately prioritizes all tasks so deadlines are met with continued focus on quality.
