Who We’re Looking For
ROLE TITLE: Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) Manager
•Full-time position (IRDP) is available to participants who are completing their full-time MBA or Master’s degree in 2021 or 2020/ maximum 12 months before.
•Must be a Saudi National. Highly ethical standards and follows JNJ credo.
•Education: Relevant university degree in life sciences, A post graduate university degree in Health Economics/Epidemiology/Public Health/Health Policy/Business Administration is advantageous.
•Permanent work authorization in Saudi Arabia or Saudi Nationals
•Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in market access function.
•Previous experience in Neuroscience Therapy Area is preferred.
•Knowledge of health economics and market access techniques including HE tool adaptations and implementation of managed entry agreements.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels within the pharmaceutical industry to include senior health professionals, government figures and board members with an ability to verbalize and write clearly and effectively.
•Demonstrable ability to communicate technical and economic concepts and approaches to non-technical stakeholders.
•Demonstrable excellent numeric and, analytical skills together with good MS Office skills.
•A strong performance track record. Patient and Customer Centric Mind-set.
•Project management experience and ability to meet tight deadlines in a timely and accurate manner with strong attention to detail.
•Strong team player who works effectively in cross-functional teams.
•Strong ability to think strategically and to develop robust cross functionally aligned plans to support the business.
•Flexibility to execute at an operational and strategic level, with a real focus on implementing solutions and showing value, translating theory into practice and action into results.
