The Capital Lifecycle Equipment Analyst works collaboratively and participates in multi-disciplinary work groups and projects. The Analyst supports Supply Chain, Facilities Management, HTM, and Physician/Administrative leadership in assigned Capital related projects. The Analyst may be assigned to provide support to specific divisions/departments including institutional initiatives. The Analyst identifies opportunities and recommends options for increasing financial margins, while helping to preserve Mayo’s Standard of Ethics and minimize the financial and legal risks for Mayo. The Analyst also conducts research and analysis, benchmarking, and audits to ensure reasonableness and accuracy of information along with identifying and implementing best practices and improvements. Supports and maintains a standard product portfolio for the built environment leveraging appropriate technologies. Facilitates requirements gathering, procurement, and compliance with equipment design standards. Capable to deal with Auto CAD, Revit CAD drawings. Well familiar with a wide range of medical equipment and medical furniture as well as International Standards, Regulations, and Guidelines related to medical devices and equipment. Responsible for the support of processes and systems for medical equipment lifecycle management. Functions as a liaison between departments and Supply Chain for the appropriate staging and delivery of equipment as part of the facilities planning process and capital expansion projects. The Analyst maintains effective correspondence and in-person communication; Identifies capital asset opportunities and stays abreast of new technology to better support the Practice.
