As a candidate in the Schneider Development Program- Inside Sales you will become an expert in Schneider Electric’s products while sharpening your professional sales skills. The multi-rotation sales & professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric Hub in Nashville, TN, and includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales execution training. Starting with 6 weeks of interactive training, you will transition into your first rotation that blends on-the-job training with direct customer & partner interactions. This will prepare you for the next two rotations, each of which expose you to different customer sets and different interactive training, all to provide the tools/ skills to launch your career within Schneider Electric.
Inside Sales Representatives working within this program will interact with customers to research, design and recommend Schneider Electric solutions and programs. Representatives will be responsible for ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and market share of Schneider Electric’s products and services in North America.
Personality is key in this program! Qualified candidates will have the confidence to communicate effectively with our customers and the drive to understand our products and positively represent our Schneider brand. Experience in customer service is a must, and a passion for sales is essential. This program is a great step in your pursuit of a career in Sales & Leadership.

This job might be for you if:
· You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related technical or business degrees.
· Have relevant customer service and sales experience.
· Have technical skills and commitment to learn about the Electrical & Technology Industry.
· You enjoy building relationships with customers and are seeking to develop your skills in customer service/ sales.
· Are mobile and willing to relocate for both the program duration and post-program role assignment. Must be available to start in January/June 2022.
