Barrett Indigenous Culture Association (BICA) is a nonprofit organization designed to promote the cultural and educational aspects of Barrett, the Honors College by bridging Indigenous peoples with other multi-ethnic groups among the Barrett student population. The Association will be based within the Barrett community, striving to provide Barrett and all ASU students with a fundamental understanding of the diverse Indigenous cultures at Arizona State University (ASU). BICA’s ultimate goal is to serve as a catalyst for the advancement of American Indian, Alaskan Native, and Pacific Islander groups as they seek to become self-reliant and self-determined members of the Association and the Barrett community.
