Alison Moser is a Curriculum Coordinator on the Career Management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she partners with undergraduate students to support their career development and professional growth. She is passionate about designing impactful curriculum that builds upon students’ existing knowledge while helping them develop the foundational skills essential for career success. Alison is committed to creating learning experiences that empower students to navigate their career journeys with confidence and purpose.
With more than 26 years of experience in education, Alison has worked extensively with learners from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of abilities. Her experience includes developing and implementing specialized instructional programs tailored to meet individual learning needs, fostering student growth and achievement.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Ann Moran

Director of Employer Engagement

Ann Amico Moran is the Director of Employer Engagement at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she builds strategic partnerships that connect our business talent with leading employers. Drawing on extensive experience in higher education, talent acquisition and business development, Ann is known for turning connections into opportunities and strategies into measurable impact. A collaborative leader and relationship builder, she is passionate about aligning organizational need with student career success to drive impact for both employers and the W.P. Carey community. Ann holds the SHRM-SCP certification, an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communications and Psychology from Western Michigan University and a Master’s in Education, College Student Personnel, from Loyola University of Chicago.

Anthony Luis

Career Coach: Finance and applied technology

Anthony Luis is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. He supports students in the Finance and Economics specialized master’s programs as well as the undergraduate Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Financial Technology, Applied Business and Technology Solutions, and Entrepreneurial Leadership degree programs. Anthony is passionate about helping students discover and articulate their unique strengths so that they are empowered to confidently step into their job search with their best foot forward.

In addition to coaching at W. P. Carey, Anthony is an active Nasdaq and S&P 500 futures trader where he leverages both personal and proprietary capital. Anthony earned a Master of Science in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He also earned a Master of Science in organization development from Queens University of Charlotte (North Carolina) where he also completed the coaching certificate program.

April Patten

Content Consultant

April Patten is the Content Consultant for the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business.

After eight years as a coach and manager within the team, April now leverages her content expertise to extend our Where Business is Personal® mission to reach over 20,000 business students on an annual basis via online and on-demand content as well as comprehensive project management. As content consultant, April’s role is pivotal to ensure students across all W. P. Carey programs have access to curated content that meets their specific needs and interests.

In addition to her 20+ years of comprehensive experience in career management, April is a Certified Career Management Coach, University Career Coach, MBA Career Coach, Certified Professional Resume Writer, Certified Civil Treatment Facilitator, and is Dare to Lead trained.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and international studies from CMU, a Master of Education in educational psychology from NAU, and a Certificate of Global Advocacy from ASU.

Ashley Carter

Assistant Director, Career Management

Ashley Carter serves as Assistant Director of Career Management within the W. P. Carey School of Business Career Services Center, where she provides operational and people leadership for career coaching serving undergraduate and specialized master’s students. She guides career professionals and advances scalable, market-informed programming designed to strengthen student career outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience across higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit leadership, and consulting, Ashley brings a strong background in team leadership, program development, service improvement, and strategic partnerships. Her business-minded, data-informed approach focuses on quality, growth, and measurable impact. As a nonprofit founder and leader, her work was recognized with a California School Boards Association Golden Bell Award for innovation and impact in equity-focused programming.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of the Pacific and her master’s degree in educational administration and leadership. A California Bay Area native and member of a family of educators, she is passionate about creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and realize their potential.

Breauna Hampton

Career Coach: Policy and professional services

Breauna Hampton is a career coach on the W. P. Carey Career Services Center team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, supporting students across undergraduate programs in Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Real Estate and Applied Finance, Global Leadership, Language and Culture, Law, Global Politics, Public Service and Public Policy, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Applied Business and Technology Solutions. She also supports students in the specialized master’s programs in Accountancy and Data Analytics, Taxation and Data Analytics, and Real Estate Development.

Breauna is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and connect their academic and professional goals to meaningful career opportunities. Her higher education experience includes supporting students at California State University, San Bernardino and ASU’s TRIO Student Support Services.

Breauna holds an MS in higher education leadership and student development from California Baptist University and a BA in business administration with a concentration in marketing from California State University, San Bernardino. Bri Miloz-Pabst

Associate Director, Curriculum

Brianna (Bri) Miloz-Pabst is the Associate Director of Curriculum Design on the career management team at W. P. Carey School of Business. Bri knows the importance of bringing individuals together around the shared vision of revolutionizing career education. She leverages her unique perspective to drive a strategy for curriculum that delivers student engagement, retention, and employer satisfaction with a competitive design approach. With several years of experience in higher education, Bri has worked in residence life, TRIO programs, diversity and inclusion, student athlete success, student support services (first generation college students) and national scholarship advisement. She began her educational journey at Northern Arizona University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in business marketing and a Bachelor of Science in business management in 2017, followed by a Master of Arts in higher education and student affairs from the University of Connecticut in 2019.

Christine De La Cerda

Assistant Director, Business Career Services

Christine De La Cerda is an assistant director in on the career management team in the W. P. Carey School of Business. She is a career coach for the Full-time MBA Marketing, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Information Management students. Christine knows the value of finding a career path that brings passion and excitement and continually helps an individual grow. This value drives her passion for connecting students with their perfect landing spot where they will thrive. She desires to see that lightbulb moment when every click for the person she works with that career search.

Christine has worked at Arizona State University for over nine years in a few different roles, but none more fulfilling as the career space and supporting the Full-time MBA students. She is an ASU alumna working toward her Master of Arts in communication.

Christine received a fantastic honor in 2022 when she received a Graduate College Award of Excellence: Supporting Student Success. She desires always to help students feel welcome and at home while pursuing their dreams. Claudia Enriquez

Assistant Director, Alumni Career Coaching

Claudia Enriquez is an assistant director on the career management team, specifically partnering with W. P. Carey School of Business alumni. She has twelve years of experience in higher education, working with domestic and international students and alumni in English and Spanish. She is committed to partnering with alumni on their career management journeys by developing strategies, required skills, experiences, and tools to pursue their professional objectives. Claudia has vast global acumen, having worked in management in four different countries . She is recently focused on creating and executing the strategy of delivering a career management program to this population. Dymin Knight

Career Coach: Supply chain management and West Valley majors

Dymin Knight is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she works directly with undergraduate students majoring in Supply Chain Management, Applied Supply Chains, Sustainability, Management, Health Care, Logistics (Maritime), Information Security, Statistics, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Applied Business and Technology Solutions as well as Supply Chain Management and Management specialized master’s students. Before joining W. P. Carey, Dymin was part of the Student Success and Engagement team at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, where she supervised Peer Mentors. Dymin’s passion for student development began during her time in higher education, including her work in the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Bowling Green State University. She is deeply committed to helping students grow and develop into the leaders of tomorrow. Dymin holds a master’s degree in college student personnel and a bachelor’s degree in business management.

In her previous role, Dymin and her team received an Elevation in Practice Award for their Fraternity and Sorority Life Coaching Model at the Associate of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors annual meeting.

Jack Balon

Assistant Director, Employer Engagement

Jack Balon is a results-driven professional with a passion for forging meaningful connections between organizations and talented job seekers.

Currently, Jack is an assistant director on the employer engagement at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. In this role, Jack manages a diverse portfolio of 250+ companies spanning various industries. His responsibilities include facilitating strategic relationships, helping organizations refine their hiring strategies, and leveraging data analysis to identify emerging industry trends. Jack prides himself on exceptional stakeholder management skills, which have led to increased collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Before his academic tenure, Jack honed his skills at Yelp Inc. as a Franchise Account Executive, consistently exceeding sales quotas, analyzing key data, and strengthening corporate relationships. Jack’s results-oriented approach led to an increase in customer acquisition and lifetime value during his tenure at Yelp Inc.

Jack holds a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in government and policy and a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in professional writing, both earned with honors distinctions from Grand Canyon University. James Cooperider

Jim Cooperider is the Program Manager for Data and Reporting on the Operations Team at the W. P. Carey Career Services Center. Jessica Montgomery

Jessica Montgomery is a Program Manager of Systems and Operations on the Career Services Operations Team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with internal and external stakeholders across the Career Center landscape. Joseph Kimes

Executive Director, W. P. Carey Career Services Center

Joey Kimes is the Executive Director for the W. P. Carey Career Services Center, overseeing the career management, employer engagement, and operations teams while providing strategic direction to all career initiatives. Joey knows the importance of ensuring market-alignment of all career programming—both student- and employer-oriented—so high-quality connections can be made between employers and candidates. He believes that students identifying directed career goals and cultivating an action-oriented process to meet those goals, with a focus on proactive actions that drive toward career-focused results for students, allow for them to go-to market competitive and highlight the relevancy of their experiences with the skills firms are seeking. While at W. P. Carey, Joey has worked on standardizing a 12-month onboarding journey for new career coaches, developing and launching data and outcome-focused annual reporting, and designing a program to cultivate MBA-level, career-ready business professionals; he has, also, supported the initial development of the Career Blueprint and Career Management Model. Joey is a Gallup Certified Strengths coach and holds an MBA from the Heider College of Business at Creighton University, a Master of Science in student affairs in higher education from Colorado State University, and Bachelor of Arts in journalism and psychology from Marquette University.

Kama Chavis

Kama is committed to helping students identify their strengths and translating their academic experiences into meaningful career opportunities. She believes career development is a dynamic process of discovery, alignment, and strategic action, where students are empowered to take ownership of their paths and create opportunities that reflect both their goals and their impact.

She brings a multidisciplinary background with experience in Human Resources across supply chain and logistics, staffing, and healthcare, along with roles in higher education, nonprofit arts organizations, performing arts education, and the music industry. Kathryn (Bradley) Linde

Kathryn Bradley Linde is a communications manager on the operations team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with all industry portfolios. Kathryn believes that education should reach as many people as possible, and that good communication is the key to making that reach possible. Kathryn has spent most of her career in higher education marketing. Lurissa Brown

Associate Director, International Initiatives

Lurissa Brown serves as an associate director on the career management at the W. P. Carey School of Business. In this role, she is committed to enhancing the career management experience for international students by providing them with the tools and resources needed to thrive in competitive job markets. Lurissa leads career coaches within the analytics and administration portfolios, offering strategic guidance to effectively support portfolios with a high concentration of international students. She also advises internal and external stakeholders, including employers, on immigration-related matters and spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering the success of international students. Before joining W. P. Carey, Lurissa was a Designated School Official (DSO) at ASU’s International Students and Scholars Center. During her five-year tenure, she guided international students in maintaining compliance with immigration regulations, gaining invaluable expertise. Today, she leverages this experience to help students optimize their global business skills and confidently navigate their career journeys. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Lurissa brings a global perspective to her work and continuously seeks opportunities to positively impact all students. Lurissa holds a master’s in public administration and a B.S. in Spanish with a certificate in translation, both from Arizona State University.

Margaret Odhner

Associate Director, MBA & Working Professionals

Margaret Odhner is an associate director on the career management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically leading the MBA student-facing team. Margaret has experience partnering with students at all educational levels, but most specifically has expertise working with those re-engaging in their career management process as they develop their new job-search strategy, conduct market research, and prepare for their next roles. Margaret believes that the work she does to prepare students in their career decision making impacts the actions they take for the next steps in their professional career. Margaret is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Associate Counselor and in addition to working at W. P. Carey for the past 5.5 years, has experience in the Healthcare industry focused on client relationships and managing documentation compliance for state funded programs. Margaret received her Bachelor of Science in psychology and family and human development from the University of Arizona and Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University.

Mark Smith

Mark Smith is the Manager of Economic and Business Development, West Coast at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Mitch Tybroski

Director, Operations

Mitch Tybroski is the Director of Operations in the W. P. Carey Career Services Center. In his role, Mitch oversees the daily and functional operations within the center. He is also tasked with developing consistent process and strategy for the larger team that will ultimately support the success of all W. P. Carey students. His professional experience includes work within collegiate athletic operations, non-profit management, and most recently six plus years within Educational Outreach and Student Services at ASU. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in sports and exercise science from West Texas A&M, a Master of Science in sport management from West Texas A&M, and a Doctorate of Education in leadership and innovation from Arizona State University.

Octavio Duarte

Assistant Director, Corporate Alumni Engagement

Octavio Duarte is an assistant director on the employer engagement team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, focusing on corporate alumni engagement. He joined the career management team as a career coach in 2022, partnering with full-time MBA students along with Professional MBA students in the Evening, Online, and Executive programs. Octavio believes colleges and universities are responsible for stewarding knowledge and mentoring future generations. He is committed to planning, communicating, and executing a strategic direction to help strengthen our alumni career engagement. Octavio’s professional experience spans across multiple industry’s in various roles. He has over 15 years of leadership, talent acquisition, and higher education experience. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Liv has worked in higher education for over 6 years with roles in admission services, event planning and campus recreation/fitness. She is also involved in ASU’s Commission on the Status of Women and passionate about continuously learning both personally and professionally. She earned her Bachelor of Science in organizational and professional communication studies with a minor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 2020 and her Master of Science in organizational leadership from Arizona State University in 2024.

Rachel Dieter

Associate Director, Employer Engagement

Rachel Dieter is an associate director on the Employer Engagement team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Rachel knows how important it is for organizations to not only have a strong talent pipeline, but have opportunities to connect with that pipeline throughout the recruiting process. She is energized by working with organizations to identify strategies for success in their approach to recruiting. Rachel has experience in many functions of career services, including career coaching and programming, event planning and management, career outcome collection, and building and maintaining relationships with employers in order to meet their hiring goals. She is certified in the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Inventory. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, religion, and educational studies from St. Olaf College and a Master of Science in college student personnel from Western Illinois University.

Program Manager

Samantha Hill is a program manager on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Samantha has previously worked with students in the policy and professional services portfolio as they navigate their career goals. Samuel Edgeston is an assistant director on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with full-time MBA students. Samuel has over 17 years of experience in career development and business leadership, organizational development, and academia. He has held various leadership roles in Arizona and Tennessee universities. Sarah Hernandez Byrne is an assistant director on the Employer Engagement team at the W. P. Carey School Career Services Center. Sarah Romero

Curriculum Coordinator

Sarah Romero is a curriculum coordinator on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business with a specific focus to assist with the design and administration of the Career Navigation Program for all undergraduate students. Sarah has close to 6 years’ experience working within the Higher Education sector to include the implementation and execution of Grants + Contracts to facilitate research, as well as, the transfer initiative of MyPath2ASU™. Sarah most recently transitioned to our team after two years of advising W.P. Carey students majoring in Supply Chain Management, Tourism, and Communication. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Florida State University and is a proud Sun Devil alumna with a Master of Education in higher and postsecondary education from Arizona State University!

Sean Spain

Program Manager, Employer Engagement

Sean Spain is a Program Manager on the Employer Engagement team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with transportation and logistics employers and focusing on business development with employers from the West Valley. Leveraging his experience coaching at the undergraduate and MBA level at ASU, Sean brings a well-rounded approach to his portfolio. Sean has experience in career services at the secondary and higher education levels with additional experience in leadership with Verizon Wireless and as a licensed realtor. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Rockford University and an MBA from Strayer University.

Sean Zwenger

Career Coach: Analytics and administration

Sean Zwenger is a career counselor at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Sean partners with undergraduate students studying Business Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Applied Business and Technology Solutions as well as Undecided and Exploratory students. At the graduate level, Sean works with students in the Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence in Business, and Information Systems Management specialized master’s programs.

Sean is passionate about seeing students succeed and realize their full potential. Having the opportunity to be a part of students’ journey is not something he takes lightly and is proud to have such an opportunity here at W. P. Carey. Before working at W. P. Carey Career Services, Sean spent time with ASU Career Services and has additional experience in campus recreation and admissions.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary education with a concentration in social sciences and history from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in organizational leadership at Arizona State University.

Sebastian Solis Felix

Career Coach: Marketing, communications, and Polytechnic majors

Sebastian Solis Felix is a career coach on the career management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with the Marketing, Sports Business, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Applied Business and Technology Solutions, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Human Resources, Retail Management, Food Industry Management, Agribusiness, Technology, and Tourism undergraduate student populations, as well as the Master of Science in Marketing and Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation graduate programs.

Sebastian is passionate about making everyone feel welcomed and creating one-on-one connections with every individual he works with. Sebastian believes that there is importance in connecting students with innovative resources.

In his previous professional role, Sebastian exhibited a profound commitment to student development and campus enrichment. Suzanne Sanchez is a sr. assistant director on the career management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with full-time MBA students studying Supply Chain. Suzanne believes in supporting her students by coaching them to develop key skills and confidence so it turns into actionable success. Suzanne enjoys staying current with industry trends by strategically subscribing to newsletters, podcasts and listening to e-books. Suzanne is passionate about edtech and what the convergence of technology and education will look like for future learners. Driven by this interest, prior to joining ASU, Suzanne worked at Singularity University and was exposed to future technologies that are disrupting a multitude of industries. Trine Nelson

Director, Career Management

Triné Nelson is the Director of Career Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business, with a specific focus on supporting the teams serving our undergraduate, specialized masters, and MBA students. In her time at W. P. Carey, Triné was instrumental in mapping out the undergraduate journey to implement a targeted series of career courses to increase the career capabilities of students as they prepare to enter the market. She believes that designing foundational career content will enhance students’ professional development and allow career coaches to execute a tailored program for their portfolios of students. Triné has almost 20 years’ experience in career services and was awarded the Certified Professional Resume Writer designation from the Professional Association of Resume Writers. Triné holds a Bachelor of Science in family and human development from Utah State University and an Master of Education in learning design and technologies from Arizona State University.
