Associate Director, Specialized Master's and Undergraduate Programs
Margaret Jarvis is an Associate Director on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically leading the Undergraduate BS/Specialized Masters student-facing team and coaching students in the Finance portfolio of programs. Margaret has experience partnering with students at all educational levels, but most specifically has expertise working with those in the beginning of their career management process as they develop their strategy, learn how to conduct market research, and prepare for their first roles. Margaret believes that the work she does to prepare students in their career decision making early on impacts the steps they take as they prepare for their professional career. Margaret is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Associate Counselor and in addition to working at W. P. Carey for the past 4.5 years, has experience in the Healthcare industry focused on client relationships and managing documentation compliance for state funded programs. Margaret received her B.S. in Psychology and Family and Human Development from the University of Arizona and Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University.

Alyssa Pereira is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with Marketing and Management students. Alyssa is committed to providing individualized support that effectively meets the unique needs of students and aids in the achievement of their personal career goals. She believes in empowering students to be key partners in their own career management journey, so that upon graduating they feel confident in their next steps and equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. Alyssa has had the pleasure of working with various student populations throughout her time in higher education, including international students, first-generation college students, student-athletes, and Fraternity and Sorority Life members. Additionally, her professional background includes work in sports broadcast media, content strategy and development, social media management, freelance photography, and has previously founded a podcast and blog. Alyssa holds a B.S. in Strategic Communication and International Studies from North Dakota State University and a M.Ed. in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.

Connor Baskin is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics students. Connor brings a substantial breadth of industry knowledge, grounded in both frequent employer interaction and personal experience, coupled with an empathetic approach to all of his students. The most exciting part of Connor’s job is helping students align purpose with their work through values-based market analysis. In addition to his role at W. P. Carey, Connor has worked for the U.S. Department of State, Intel, and a successful educational technology start up. Connor holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and a B.A. in German from Arizona State University, and a M.A. in German from Indiana University.
Career Coach: Accounting
Lurissa Brown is a Career Coach on the Career Management Team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with students in the Master of Science in Accountancy and Taxation programs and Undergraduate Accountancy. Prior to working at W. P. Carey, Lurissa was a Designated School Official (DSO) at ASU’s International Students and Scholars Center, advising international students for over five years on maintaining compliance with immigration regulations. Currently, she leverages her experience advising students on optimizing their global business skills to guide them through their career journey. Lurissa was born in Panama City, Panama, and always looks for new opportunities to make a positive impact on all students. She enhances the student experience through a balance of career coaching and networking strategies, which strengthens their competitiveness in the job market and promotes the W. P. Carey brand. Lurissa holds a B.S. in Spanish with a Certificate in Translation and an M.A. in Public Administration from Arizona State University.

Jeff Phillips is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate and graduate students studying Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, and Real Estate Development. He is committed to working collaboratively with Carey students to help equip them with a powerful career management skill set and, ultimately, to fully realize their career goals. Jeff has held a variety of finance positions in the business, nonprofit, and public sectors and has also tackled the roles of graduate admissions coach, teacher, and entrepreneur. He is a Certified Career Coach and holds a B.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School.

Taylor Gregg is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate and graduate students in Business Data Analytics, Information Systems Management, and Computer Information Systems. Taylor knows that collaborating with students in developing their career management skills is key to empowering them to overcome the many challenges they will face on their long and winding career paths. Taylor has worked at the Washington State University Tri-Cities campus as an Admissions Counselor, where he coordinated the Bridges Transfer Program with community colleges in the surrounding area. Taylor holds a B.A. in History from Washington State University and an M.A. in Education with a specialization in Counseling and Guidance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Elizabeth Tirkas is an Associate Director on the Career Management team for the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she leads the undergraduate student-facing team that specializes with the Bachelor of Arts Business student portfolios. She begun working with Career Management in 2016, where she specifically partnered with undergraduate Accountancy, Computer Information Systems, and Business Data Analytics students. Elizabeth has seen first-hand how students that engage in the career management process can benefit in their development, accomplishing their goals, and ultimately strong employment opportunities. She works closely with employers to determine market needs and trends, which she then shares with her students to help them develop their career strategy. Elizabeth fully invests in the career development of the students and career professionals that she works with. She has over 10 years of experience in higher education, everything from academic advising, to service-learning curriculum development, to international programs, to study abroad, and to Fraternity and Sorority Life. She sees all of these experiences coming together to be able to aid students in their development and connect with their career journey. Elizabeth holds a B.A in Journalism from the University of Wyoming, and a M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.

Brianna (Bri) Miloz is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate students in Communication. Bri strives to assist students in embracing their individualism, determining their strengths, and discovering career happiness through personal and professional development. She encourages students to be confident in the unique skill sets they possess and utilize them to steward their own desired career journey. With several years of experience in higher education, Bri has worked in residence life, TRIO programs, diversity and inclusion, student athlete success, student support services (first generation college students) and national scholarship advisement. She began her educational journey at Northern Arizona University, where she obtained a B.S. in Business Marketing and a B.S. in Business Management in 2017, followed by a M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut in 2019.

Claudia Enriquez is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically collaborating with undergraduate students. She has ten years of experience working with both domestic and international students, in English and Spanish, and is committed to partnering with students on their career management journey through the development of required skills, experiences and strategies to pursue their professional objectives. Claudia has vast global experience, having worked in four different countries in management fields, and has been recently focused on executing the strategy of delivering our career management program to various portfolios of majors. Claudia holds a B.S. in Business Administration from ITAM, in Mexico, and a MBA from the University of Arizona.

Rhea Duncan is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate students. With over 15 years of experience working and teaching in a university setting, Rhea is passionate about building students’ professional capabilities by assisting individuals to develop their strategies on navigating the complex job market. Rhea is skilled in career management strategy, student leadership development through a holistic approach and a strong advocate for first-generation and underrepresented students. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and holds a B.S. in Family and Human Development and a M.Ed. in Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Olivia Del Viscio
Career Coach: Sustainability and Business Exploratory
Olivia Del Viscio is a Career Coach on the Career Management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, specifically partnering with undergraduate Sustainability, Healthcare, Human Resources, Food Industry Management, Global Agribusiness, and Business Exploratory majors as well as Business Undecided. Olivia is a positive, service-oriented advisor who strives to support all students, including those hailing from underrepresented backgrounds and/or identities. She believes that creating a supportive, collaborative advising environment will ultimately help students to reach their career goals. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Olivia worked in education abroad with a focus in program development and admissions. Driven by her professional and personal dedication in building inclusive spaces in higher education, Olivia served in a variety of volunteer roles for organizations such as The Forum for Education Abroad and the National Association for Study Abroad. Additionally, she is certified in both Customer Success Management and Education Abroad Advising. Olivia holds a B.A. degree in English from Gustavus Adolphus College.
