Anthony Luis
Career Coach: Finance and applied technology
Anthony Luis is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. He supports students in the Master of Finance program as well as the undergraduate Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, Human Resources, Applied Technology, and Agribusiness degree programs. Anthony is passionate about helping students discover and articulate their unique strengths so that they are empowered to confidently step into their job search with their best foot forward.
In addition to coaching at W.P. Carey, Anthony is an active Nasdaq and S&P 500 futures trader where he leverages both personal and proprietary capital. Anthony earned a Master of Science in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He also earned a Master of Science in organization development from Queens University of Charlotte (North Carolina) where he also completed the Coaching Certificate program.
Dymin Knight
Dymin Knight is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she works directly with undergraduate student majoring in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Global Logistics Management, Sustainability, Healthcare, Maritime, Information Security, and Entrepreneurship and Leadership, as well as, Supply Chain Management specialized master’s students. Before joining W.P. Carey, Dymin was part of the Student Success and Engagement team at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, where she supervised Peer Mentors. Dymin’s passion for student development began during her time in higher education, including her work in the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Bowling Green State University. She is deeply committed to helping students grow and develop into the leaders of tomorrow. Dymin holds a master’s degree in college student personnel and a bachelor’s degree in business management.
In her previous role, Dymin and her team received an Elevation in Practice Award for their Fraternity and Sorirty Life Coaching Model at the Associate of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors annual meeting.
German Aguilar Tinajero
Career Coach: Marketing and communications
Germán is a career coach on the career management team at the W.P. Carey School of Business. He supports students in the marketing, business communications, sports business, and entrepreneurship undergraduate degree programs, as well as, the Master of Real Estate Development, Master of Science in marketing, and Master of Science in entrepreneurship and innovation graduate programs. As a career coach, Germán empowers students to navigate their career management through authentic relationship building, a strengths-based lens, and by championing authenticity. Germán has served higher education students in a career services capacity for several years at private liberal arts colleges, community colleges, and public four-year institutions in Southern California. As a scholar-practitioner, Germán also has published research on alternative educational research methods and the post-baccalaureate success of undocumented students. Germán holds a Bachelor of Arts in American literature and culture, Chicana/o studies, and education studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Master of Arts in education with an emphasis in social and cultural analysis of education from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Germán is also a certified MBTI practitioner and holds a certificate for Latinx Servingness at Hispanic Serving Institutions through ESCALA.
Kama Chavis
Career Coach: Finance and applied technology
Kama Chavis is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with students in the Master of Finance program and undergraduate Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, Human Resources, Applied Technology, and Agribusiness degree programs. Kama has a passion for helping others identify their talents with a goal to support them on their journey towards their potential.
She has experience in human resources in supply chain/logistics, staffing and health care industries as well as professional experience in higher education, non-profit (arts), performing arts (arts education), and the music industry.
Kama holds a Masters of Arts in administration and supervision (educator/trainer) and a Bachelors of Arts in speech communication from Montclair State University. She also has completed course work towards a Masters in music business from New York University.
Lurissa Brown
Associate Director, International Initiatives
Lurissa Brown serves as an associate director on the career management at the W. P. Carey School of Business. In this role, she is committed to enhancing the career management experience for international students by providing them with the tools and resources needed to thrive in competitive job markets. Lurissa leads career coaches within the analytics and administration portfolios, offering strategic guidance to effectively support portfolios with a high concentration of international students. She also advises internal and external stakeholders, including employers, on immigration-related matters and spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering the success of international students. Before joining W. P. Carey, Lurissa was a Designated School Official (DSO) at ASU’s International Students and Scholars Center. During her five-year tenure, she guided international students in maintaining compliance with immigration regulations, gaining invaluable expertise. Today, she leverages this experience to help students optimize their global business skills and confidently navigate their career journeys. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Lurissa brings a global perspective to her work and continuously seeks opportunities to positively impact all students. Lurissa holds a master’s in public administration and a B.S. in Spanish with a certificate in translation, both from Arizona State University.
Olivia Del Viscio
Sr. Associate Director, Undergraduate & Specialized Masters Programs
Olivia Del Viscio is a sr. associate director on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business where she leads the Bachelor of Science & Specialized Master’s team. She joined Career Management in 2021 as a career coach, partnering with undergraduate Business Sustainability and Human Resources student populations. Olivia is a positive, service-oriented leader who strives to support all students, including those hailing from underrepresented backgrounds and/or identities. She believes that creating a collaborative coaching environment will ultimately help students to reach their career goals. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Olivia worked in education abroad with a focus in program development and admissions. Driven by her professional and personal dedication in building inclusive spaces in higher education, Olivia served in a variety of volunteer roles for organizations such as The Forum for Education Abroad and the National Association for Study Abroad, and currently sits on the W. P. Carey DEI Council. Additionally, she is certified in both Customer Success Management and Education Abroad Advising. Olivia holds her Bachelor of Arts in English from Gustavus Adolphus College and her Master of Education in higher and postsecondary education from Arizona State University.
Olivia Dineen
Career Coach: Policy and professional services
Liv Dineen is a career coach on the career services team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, working with students specifically in the undergraduate programs of Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Global Leadership, Language and Culture, Law, Global Politics, Public Service and Public Policy, Management, and the specialized master’s programs MACC and MTAX.
Liv is passionate about helping students discover their unique strengths, articulate their personal brand and navigate their individual career paths with purpose and authenticity. She is energized by the opportunity to support and see students thrive as they put into practice all of their hard work.
Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Liv has worked in higher education for over 6 years with roles in admission services, event planning and campus recreation/fitness. She is also involved in ASU’s Commission on the Status of Women and passionate about continuously learning both personally and professionally. She earned her Bachelor of Science in organizational and professional communication studies with a minor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 2020 and her Master of Science in organizational leadership from Arizona State University in 2024.
Thelma Molieri
Career Coach: Analytics and administration
Thelma Molieri Oxman is a career coach on the Career Management Team at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where she supports students across Analytics and Administration disciplines, emphasizing in Business Administration, Exploratory, and Undecided undergraduate programs.
With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Thelma brings a dynamic and multifaceted background spanning business, event, and retail management. Her professional journey includes time as a stylist and personal shopper in Beverly Hills, California; this experience informs her unique approach to personal branding, professional presence, and career strategy.
Passionate about helping individuals evolve into the people they are meant to become, Thelma believes higher education is a powerful catalyst for growth, self-awareness, and opportunity. She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship, a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in marketing, and two graduate certificates in event management and leadership.
Trine Nelson
Director, Career Management
Triné Nelson is the Director of Career Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business, with a specific focus on supporting the teams serving our undergraduate, specialized masters, and MBA students. In her time at W. P. Carey, Triné was instrumental in mapping out the undergraduate journey to implement a targeted series of career courses to increase the career capabilities of students as they prepare to enter the market. She believes that designing foundational career content will enhance students’ professional development and allow career coaches to execute a tailored program for their portfolios of students. Triné has almost 20 years’ experience in career services and was awarded the Certified Professional Resume Writer designation from the Professional Association of Resume Writers. Triné holds a Bachelor of Science in family and human development from Utah State University and an Master of Education in learning design and technologies from Arizona State University.
Samantha Hill
Program Manager
Samantha Hill is a program manager on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Samantha has previously worked with students in the policy and professional services portfolio as they navigate their career goals. Samantha believes in the potential of each student and strives to guide them as they realize how their unique skills help foster their personal and professional growth.
Samantha has over a decade of teaching experience in the primary public education setting, working specifically with students with learning and intellectual disabilities. She thrived on using the students’ strengths to help them find success in their general education classrooms. Samantha was also responsible for leading a team of professionals who provided various levels of support to students. Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in special education and rehabilitation from The University of Arizona, and her Master of Education in educational administration from Grand Canyon University.
Sebastian Solis Felix
Career Coach: Marketing and communications
Sebastian Solis Felix is a career coach on the career management team at W. P. Carey School of Business, working directly with the Marketing, Business Communications, and Entrepreneurship, undergraduate student populations, as well as the Master of Real Estate Development and Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation graduate programs. Sebastian is passionate about making everyone feel welcomed and creating one-on-one connections with every individual he works with. Sebastian believes that there is importance in connecting students with innovative resources.
In his previous professional role, Sebastian exhibited a profound commitment to student development and campus enrichment. He led an initiative to grow ASU West Valley student organizations, facilitated a leadership seminar, contributed to university initiatives, and more. Sebastian holds a BS and MS degree in forensic psychology from Arizona State University.
Yavel Morris
Career Coach: Analytics and administration
Yavel Morris is a career coach on the career management team at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Yavel partners with undergraduate students in the Business Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Undecided, Exploratory, Business Administration as well as the graduate students in the Masters of Business Analytics, Masters of Information System Management, Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in Business programs. Yavel has a deep commitment to helping students succeed by providing them with the strategies, skills, experiences, and tools they need to achieve their goals.
With a diverse background in higher education, including roles as a professor, area coordinator, academic advisor, and retention coordinator, Yavel has consistently made a positive impact on students’ lives. This dedication not only helps students achieve success but also empowers them to surpass their own expectations and stand out professionally. Yavel, also holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Masters in Arts in general psychology from Fayetteville State University.
