  • The Career Navigation Program (CNP) is designed as the core career program for all undergraduate students. Each course provides relevant, curated career instruction. As a senior W. P. Carey student, you will take WPC 448: Senior Career Transition Management. The course will focus on the job search cycle and processes for students still seeking post-graduation employment.
    • Advance and tailor your resume: Enhance your resume with Quinncia by aligning it to the roles you are applying for
    • Offer Management and negotiation: Learn how to effectively negotiate and assess your job offer
    • The first 90 days: Develop your plan to successfully navigate the first 90 days of your new role
    • Students will be able to apply a skill assessment technique and research capabilities to organize a strategic job search plan in their final year
    • Students will be able to evaluate a job opportunity and apply negotiation skills as necessary
    • Students will develop professional skills to assist in their transition from college life to the workforce, including continued learning and personal branding
    • Students will understand the importance of mentorship and networking for their professional development and affinity to ASU as an alumnus
