- The Career Navigation Program (CNP) is designed as the core career program for all undergraduate students. Each course provides relevant, curated career instruction. As a senior W. P. Carey student, you will take WPC 448: Senior Career Transition Management. The course will focus on the job search cycle and processes for students still seeking post-graduation employment.

- Offer Management and negotiation: Learn how to effectively negotiate and assess your job offer
- The first 90 days: Develop your plan to successfully navigate the first 90 days of your new role
