Leveraging research to take your Career Blueprint to the next level

If you’ve developed a Career Blueprint with a goal, milestones, and target dates, you’re almost ready to go. The next step is conducting research to test the assumptions and insights you just identified. Though you may have a specific career goal in mind, more information is needed to drill into requisite skill sets, relevant job roles available, and a realistic salary range. All of this information will help you better define your go-to-market approach, referred to in our career management model as operations.

Download and work through pages 28-42 of the Career Blueprint to give your research a boost! Also be sure to check out the below link on Career Research from the ASU library and follow up with your coach if you have specific questions.
