As you go through your program you will be working towards securing an Internship or Full-Time offer. When this happens it’s important to let Career Services know by reporting your offer in Handshake as soon as possible.
Reporting your offer in Handshake is key to uphold the reputation of the W. P. Carey through the data we are able to share on our graduate’s employment outcomes. This allows the degree to continue the legacy of the top rankings which attract employers and future candidates to the program year after year.
From a professionalism point of view, once you have accepted a written offer, you are expected to stop further seeking other opportunities. This is an important reputation management piece both for individual relationships but also for our employer partnerships. Employers who have good hiring experiences with ASU students come back for future talent and continue recruiting–which is what we want for your current cohort and future classes to come!
