What it is:
Welcome to the second annual Adobe Sales Academy Sales Competition! Buckle-up because this year it is a three-round competition dedicated to finding the best future software sellers. Starting on January 5th registered participants will receive the Adobe customer case scenario.
Round 1: Prospecting email and prospecting video submission both created in Adobe Express
Round 2: Virtual role play call and feedback session with an Adobe representative acting as the buyers and Adobe Sales management team giving feedback
Round 3: The top 5 finalists will fly to Adobe Headquarters in San Jose, California to receive coaching from Adobe Representatives, run a final role play, and present to a panel.

1st place: First place winner will receive a $2,500 gift card and a 30 minute 1:1 meeting with Jessica Holmes, Head of the Adobe Sales Academy. This is a unique opportunity to learn and ask questions from a seasoned sales executive.
2nd Place: Second place winner will receive a $1,500 gift card and a 30 minute 1:1 meeting with Kristen Ream, Sr. Program Manager of the Adobe Sales Academy. This is a great opportunity to learn more about who Adobe looks for, what the internship program entails, and how to stand out.
3rd Place: Third place winner will receive a $1,000 gift card and a 15 minute 1:1 meeting with Kristen Ream, Program Manager of the Adobe Sales Academy. You can use this time to learn more about the Adobe Sales Academy program and what a career in tech sales can look like!
