We are currently seeking students who have a passion for the advancement of diversity, inclusion, and equity, to intern with Moss Adams. The Guide, Pilot, Steer (GPS) Operational Internship is a 6-8 week rotational internship through many of the departments that successfully maintain firm operations (e.g.: innovation, recruiting, marketing, sales, audit, tax, consulting, inclusion and social responsibility, finance and more). In addition, you’ll have an opportunity to learn from assurance, tax, and consulting professionals throughout the internship.

Our GPS Operational Internship is intended to be the first step in our internship program. The goal is to identify highly accomplished students and introduce them to our business. This first internship will be followed by a client service internship, to understand and apply academic concepts to the technical aspects of our profession.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must be enrolled in a community college or university
- Majors in Accounting, Information Systems or related fields, preferred
- Two years of education remaining prior to being eligible for full-time employment (e.g. sophomore or junior in a Bachelor’s degree program in accounting, information systems or a related field; sophomore at a community college with plans to transfer to a Bachelor’s degree program)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status).

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation Range: Greater Seattle Area – Seattle, Everett, Tacoma & Issaquah: $25/hr-$27/hr Washington State (excluding Greater Seattle Area): $24/hr-$27/hr Colorado: $27-$29/hr California (excluding Greater Bay Area): $27/hr-$32/hr Greater Bay Area: $30/hr-$32/hr
