The Otis Service Center’s (OSC) Warehouse Operations department is seeking a candidate for first shift, Summer help position. The successful candidate will perform warehouse distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Following all EH&S and safety policies and procedures
- Material handling of a variety of components, packaging materials
- Maintaining inventory, such as the storage of electronic parts
- Actively to participate in daily housekeeping
- Must be able to adhere to Otis’ Absolutes: Safety, Ethics and Quality.
Physical Demand:
If an item weighs more than 50 lbs., employee must ask for assistance in lifting and/or use the appropriate crane, forklift or other lifting devises
Walking, balancing, climbing, standing, twisting/turning, bending/stooping, crawling, crouching, kneeling/squatting, sitting, reaching above shoulder height, reaching forward, lifting (maximum 50 pounds), carrying, pushing/pulling, handling, feeling, digital dexterity, wrist flexion/extension, power grip, working speed, talking, hearing, seeing (with color vision) depth perception
Must be able to wear/use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Education:
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a warehouse, cross-department and team environment.
Candidate must be able to adhere to assigned work schedule, including start time.
