The Full-Time Program – July 2024
The goal of the Human Resources Development Program is to develop core HR talent to have a well-rounded foundational understanding of the HR function through experiences in operations.
The Human Resources Development Program offers you the opportunity to gain experience within our US HR Operations team. This three-year rotational program offers two diverse, 18 month rotations with challenging experiences in a variety of areas. Rotations can be based in our Global Headquarters or in one of our 9 US manufacturing operations.

Program locations
Work from our corporate campus in Southwest Michigan at our Global Headquarters or one of our US manufacturing facilities during a Manufacturing HR Ops rotational assignment. Learn more about our locations here.

Minimum requirements
- Progress in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Human Resources with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.8/4.0
- Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics & Project Management
- Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program

Preferred skills and experiences
- On- or off-campus Leadership experience
- Prior Human Resources internship or experience
