The Full-Time Program – July 2024 Start Date
The goal of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is to develop future HR leaders who have a well-rounded understanding of the HR function through robust experiences with breadth, depth and leadership, and through mentorship and development.
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program offers you the opportunity to gain diverse experiences within our Global HR operating model, including HR Operations, Communities of Expertise, and Business HR. This three-year rotational program offers 12-month rotations with the potential opportunity to be nominated for a six-month international rotation. Rotations can also be considered in one of our 9 US manufacturing operations.

Program Locations
Work from our corporate campus in Southwest Michigan at our Global Headquarters or one of our US manufacturing facilities during a Manufacturing HR rotational assignment. Learn more about our locations here.
Your day-to-day
Role assignments could be in areas such as:
- Business HR
- US Manufacturing Operations
- Talent Management
- Benefits & Compensation
Minimum requirements
- Progress in Masters in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations or Business Administration with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0/4.0
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with solving difficult and complex problems
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive decision making
- Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program.
